Privacy policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Chipibot Anti-Scam is a free game for all ages that teaches people how to spot scams. This policy explains, in plain words, what information it uses and why.
For children: you don't need to type your name or anything about yourself to play. Ask an adult before playing and tell them if anything worries you.
1. Who is responsible
Chipibot Anti-Scam is created and run by Toni Molina in Jersey, Channel Islands, trading as AURA by Toni Molina (Jersey business licence 006521). Toni Molina is registered with the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (JOIC) under number 104148. The applicable law is the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018. You can reach us through the Contact link.
2. What data we use
- No accounts or sign-up. We don't ask for your name, email, phone number, address, photos or location.
- On your device: the language and age group you choose are saved in your browser's local storage so they're remembered next time. Your answers and score only exist while you play and are never sent anywhere.
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads and may keep short technical logs for security.
- No advertising or tracking cookies, no analytics, no adverts and no payments.
3. Why
Only to make the game work and keep it secure. We never sell data or build profiles.
4. Children
The game is suitable for children. Children under 13 should play with permission from a parent or guardian. As we don't collect personal data, there is nothing to delete on our servers; data on the device can be cleared in the browser settings.
5. Who helps us
We use a cloud hosting provider to publish the site. It may process technical data outside Jersey, with appropriate safeguards under the law.
6. External links
The help section links to official websites (for example the States of Jersey Police). They have their own privacy policies.
7. Your rights
You can ask for information, access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, through the Contact link. If you're not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (JOIC): jerseyoic.org.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
